We are seeking a Men's Buyer Off Price Retail to lead assortment strategy across men's apparel, footwear, and accessories. This role is responsible for identifying emerging trends, developing strategic vendor partnerships, and curating compelling assortments that resonate with today's value-conscious customer. The ideal candidate combines strong market knowledge, business acumen, negotiation skills, and analytical thinking to drive sales and profitability.

Men's Apparel, Footwear & Accessories Must have experience in Off Price Retail Responsibilities:

Build and execute trend-right assortments that align with customer preferences and business objectives.

Source and negotiate products within the off-price marketplace while maintaining strong relationships with vendors, brands, and manufacturers.

Analyze sales performance, margins, inventory levels, and customer behavior to make data-driven buying decisions.

Identify market trends, competitive opportunities, and emerging brands to inform merchandising strategies.

Partner closely with Planning, Merchandising, Marketing, Ecommerce, and Store Operations to maximize category performance.

Manage product life cycles, including reorders, markdowns, and inventory optimization strategies.

Attend markets, trade shows, and vendor meetings to identify new brands and growth opportunities.

Monitor trends across sportswear, active wear, denim, basics, footwear, and accessories to ensure a relevant and profitable assortment.

Required Qualifications:

3-5+ years of retail buying experience, preferably within off-price, value retail, department store, or specialty apparel environments.

Strong understanding of the men's apparel business, including brands, fit, fabrication, fashion trends, and consumer preferences.

Proven experience negotiating with vendors and managing strategic supplier relationships.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to drive assortment and business decisions.

Advanced Excel proficiency and experience with merchandising and planning systems.

Ability to manage multiple product categories in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills.

Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for identifying opportunities and driving results.

Willingness to travel up to 40%.Education Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field preferred.
