Job Type: Seasonal Holiday Pop-Up(October 29, 2026 - January 8, 2027)

Pay rate: $20-$22 per hour(rate based on market and relevant experience)

Join us in creating an exceptional holiday shopping experience while representing an exciting brand at one of New York City's most iconic retail destinations.

Winston Retail is seeking energetic, customer-focused Brand Ambassadors to represent our clientat its Holiday Pop-Up located in Midtown NYC. In this role, you will serve as the face of the brand, creating memorable customer experiences while driving product awareness and sales.

The ideal candidate is passionate about retail, enjoys engaging with customers, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

• Greet and engage all customers in a friendly, professional manner
• Build strong relationships with store personnel and customers
• Educate customers on the products, features, and brand story
• Deliver exceptional customer service and create a positive shopping experience
• Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently
• Process customer transactions and assist with purchases
• Maintain merchandise displays according to brand standards
• Restock product inventory and monitor stock levels throughout each shift
• Ensure the pop-up is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times
• Partner with our client to support teams on merchandising and operational tasks
• Support training, merchandising, and setup activities prior to the pop-up opening
• Submit store visit reports, including taking before and after photos and writing feedback, using our Winston App on a smart device
• IOS: Use an iPhone 11 or newer
• Android: Use a 2020 or newer device with an OS no more than four versions behind the latest
• Ability to liftup to 25 pounds and stand for theentire shift

• 1-3 years previous retail, brand ambassador, customer service, or sales experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to engage customers and build rapport quickly
• Comfortable learning and sharing product knowledge
• Experience using POS systems or willingness to learn
• Reliable, punctual, and professional
• Able to stand for extended periods and perform light merchandising/restocking duties
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holiday shopping periods
