Our first product, the Classic Full Zip, was called “The Greatest Hoodie Ever Made”—and more than a decade later, it continues to embody the quality and durability we bring to everything we make.

By manufacturing in the United States, we work closely with skilled craftspeople and partners who share our standards while supporting the communities where our products are made. Keeping production close to home gives us a deeper connection to the people and processes behind every American Giant product.

Our new store in Williamsburg, Brooklyn represents the next evolution of American Giant retail. This menswear-focused concept will bring together American Giant apparel with a curated assortment of accessories and lifestyle goods from other exceptional American-made brands.

As a Sales Associate, you will create an engaging shopping experience for our customers and build long-lasting client relationships. The ideal candidate will have a real passion for style, enjoy engaging with others, and be eager to develop their retail skills.

• Initiates conversation and interacts with the customer in an authentic, personalized way
• Utilizes technology to enhance the customer’s experience
• Shares product knowledge, recommendations and personal experiences to engage with the customer
• Suggests alternate products, complementary pieces, outfitting tips, and/or styling ideas based on the customer’s personal style and interests to build their basket

• Takes initiative in development of job skills and knowledge to drive store sales and achieve operational results
• Assists in the completion of daily projects while keeping the focus on the customer experience
• Demonstrates awareness and adheres to Loss Prevention, Inventory Control, safety standards, and all other Company policies and procedures
• Maintains store and backstock standards

• Assist with in-store events
• Help drive local community engagement

• 1+ years of customer service experience in retail environment preferred
• Deeply understands and loves the American Giant brand
• Must be at least 18+ years old or older
• Availabletoworkaflexiblescheduleto meet business needs—including nights, weekends, peakbusy season, and high-traffic retail days(including, but not limited to, public holidays)
• Ability to lift at least 25 lbs. regularly and to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver throughout the sales floor and stockroom

Part-time

$19.50 - $21.00 per hour
