Ross Stores, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Store Manager to lead our operations at a busy retail location. You will supervise the store team, drive sales, ensure excellent customer service, and execute company standards across stockroom, front end and floor.
With five or more years in store management, you will develop talent, manage payroll and expenses, enforce safety policies, and uphold Ross’s brand. This role requires evenings/weekends and a proven ability to deliver results.
