The Seasonal Sales Support Advisor supports the store team during peak seasonal periods, helping deliver an elevated client experience. This role works across the sales floor and back of house to support client service, product flow, replenishment, and store organization.
Responsibilities- Welcome clients and assist Client Advisors with client requests and merchandise retrieval.
- Support replenishment, go-backs, receiving, inventory activities, and merchandise organization.
- Maintain an organized sales floor and back of house while supporting visual merchandising standards.
- Provide flexible, reliable support to store teams during high-volume periods.
- Previous retail, hospitality, customer service, or other client-facing experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication, organization, attention to detail, and teamwork skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment; flexible availability for weekends, evenings, holidays, and peak business days is required.
- Interest in luxury fashion and ability to learn product knowledge and store procedures.
