Join us at Good Life Collective Fingerlakes based in Canandaigua, NY, where we are committed to providing top-quality cannabis products while ensuring compliance with all state regulations. We are seeking a detail-oriented and compliant Inventory Associate to join our team. This full-time, hourly position requires dedication, physical stamina, and a passion for the cannabis industry.

You should be comfortable working with cannabis products and developing an understanding of major and minor cannabinoids, including THC, CBD, CBN, and more, as well as different product formats and their characteristics. As an Inventory Associate, you’ll work closely with the Manager to ensure products are received, organized, tracked, counted, and maintained accurately and efficiently. Attention to detail and consistency are essential, as you’ll help monitor inventory levels, identify discrepancies, maintain accurate records, and support day-to-day inventory operations.

Beyond inventory knowledge, we’re looking for someone who understands that great cannabis retail starts behind the scenes. You’ll play an important role in maintaining an organized, compliant, and efficient operation, while supporting the Manager and broader team in keeping products accurate, accessible, and properly accounted for. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work, communicates well, stays organized under pressure, and understands the importance of accuracy, accountability, and teamwork in a cannabis retail environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular inventory counts to ensure accurate stock levels, manage inventory turnover, and minimize waste.
  • Handle and store cannabis products in compliance with state regulations, ensuring proper labeling and security.
  • Process and fulfill orders accurately, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to customer specifications.
  • Maintain detailed records of inventory transactions and generate regular reports for management review.
  • Ensure all activities comply with state cannabis regulations, including proper documentation and record-keeping.
  • Follow all operational rules, regulations, policies, and procedures

Qualifications:

  • Understanding of cannabis products and state-specific regulations.
  • Proficiency in using inventory management software
  • Prior experience in inventory management
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle physical demands such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.

If you are passionate about the cannabis industry and ready to contribute to a dynamic team, we encourage you to apply.
