Retail (Backroom) Production Associate

Behind every great store is a strong production team. As a Retail Production Associate, you’ll play a critical role in processing and preparing clothing donations for the sales floor - helping turn everyday items into valuable resources that fund our programs.
What You’ll Do- Sort clothing ('softlines') donations into sellable, salvage, or trash categories following Goodwill standards
- Assess quality and identify items of value for pricing
- Meet daily production goals while maintaining quality expectations
- Prepare donations for the sales floor
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized work and production areas
- Dispose of unsellable items using proper procedures (compactor/dumpster)
- Support donation door operations and assist with donation movement as needed
- Detail-oriented and efficient, with a strong work ethic
- A team player who is ready to jump in and get the job done
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
- Ability to assess item quality and make sound decisions
- Reliable, punctual, and ready to contribute every day
- Ability to lift up to 100 lbs occasionally and 50 lbs frequently
