The Beauty Business Manager drives the business of a specific beauty brand through client development, exceptional customer experiences, and engagement across the beauty floor. The role develops seasonal sales strategies and is accountable for daily and monthly sales targets.
Responsibilities- Develop seasonal sales strategies and achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Build client relationships and deliver product consultations and applications.
- Hire, train, coach, and develop team members while setting goals and supporting accountability.
- Oversee merchandise processing, inventory accuracy, transfers, returns, markdowns, and price changes.
- Maintain store audit standards and coordinate communication and operational priorities.
- At least one year of retail experience; client-focused sales experience and beauty experience are preferred.
- Demonstrated leadership skills and experience developing direct reports.
- Collaborative, highly motivated, and results oriented, with strong attention to detail.
- Comfortable with technology and strategic planning, including setting and managing goals.
- Ability to perform product consultations and applications.
