Starting Hourly Rate / Salario por Hora Inicial: $17.25 USD per hour

• Advocates of guest experience who welcome, thank, and exceed guest service expectations by focusing on guest interaction, loyalty enrollment and store cleanliness. Empowered to make shopping quick and easy for guests at the checklanes, guest services, gift registry, pick-up and drive up while ensuring exceptional quality.
• Demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest service experience by delivering the service standard.
• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests as you are completing your daily tasks.
• Engage with guests in a welcoming way to help solve their specific needs and issues.
• Be knowledgeable about the tools, products, and services available in the total store, and specific to your area, to solve issues for the guest and improve their experience.
• Be familiar with Target Loyalty programs and assist with enrollment or sign-up as needed. Be knowledgeable about fulfillment services and how to direct guests to enroll, activate and use them.
• Explain and demonstrate how to use Wallet and other Target App features and offerings.
• Handle returns according to Target’s policies and procedures and escalate to leaders as needed.
• Partner with leaders to de-escalate any situations and recover the guest shopping experience while following Target’s policies and procedures.
• Deliver easy and accurate service to all Order Pick Up, Drive Up, and Registry guests.
• Maintain a clean, clutter-free work area and stock supplies during store hours while remaining available to assist guests.
• Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety and compliance; work safely and report hazards.
• Support guest services such as order pick up (OPU), Drive-up (DU) orders, and DU returns, maintaining compliance with applicable laws and policies.
• Support Cash Office processes as needed, including management of cash systems.
• All other duties based on business needs.

• You are open to a flexible schedule with varying hours, days or shifts (including nights, weekends, holidays and other peak shopping times).
• Effective communication, a welcoming attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to educate guests about products and services.
• Ability to operate handheld scanners and other technology as directed; capable of multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical ability to lift up to 44 pounds and handle merchandise safely; flexibility to work varying shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
