Reporting to a member of store leadership, the part-time Seasonal Sales Support Advisor supports the Stone Island store team during peak seasonal business periods, contributing to a seamless and authentic client experience while supporting the daily operational needs of the store. Working across both front of house (FOH) and back of house (BOH), the Seasonal Sales Support Advisor partners with Client Advisors and store leadership to support client service, product flow, replenishment, store organization, and other activities necessary to meet the increased demands of the business.

• Welcome clients and contribute to an engaging and authentic Stone Island experience.
• Support Client Advisors throughout the client journey, particularly during high-volume periods.
• Assist with client requests and connect clients with the appropriate Client Advisor or member of management.
• Retrieve and deliver merchandise from the BOH to the sales floor quickly and accurately.
• Support product availability and replenishment to ensure the sales team can efficiently serve clients.
• Develop foundational knowledge of Stone Island's heritage, collections, innovative fabrics, and product specificities.
• Contribute to individual and team objectives through proactive and responsive assistance.

• Support daily product flow, including replenishment, go-backs, stock organization, and movement of merchandise between the BOH and FOH.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, organising, and preparing merchandise as directed by management.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient BOH and sales floor.
• Assist with inventory activities, cycle counts, and other operational needs as requested.
• Support the maintenance of Stone Island visual merchandising standards, including product presentation and organization.
• Ensure merchandise is handled appropriately and readily available to support client and business needs.
