Be the connective tissue between LOTUS and its partners, owning communications, reporting and the investor experience.
About the roleYou will manage relationships with current and prospective investors, coordinate reporting and communications, and ensure every interaction with LOTUS reflects the firm's standards. This role suits someone organized, personable and trusted with sensitive information.
What you'll do- Coordinate investor communications, updates and quarterly reporting.
- Manage the investor onboarding experience end to end.
- Prepare materials for meetings, diligence and fundraising.
- Serve as a thoughtful, responsive point of contact for partners.
- 2-4 years in investor relations, client service or a related role at a fund or financial firm.
- Outstanding interpersonal and written communication skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail and discretion with confidential information.
- Comfort working independently in a small, high-trust team.
