- Process payments for Rental and Retail Shop transactions and operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently and accurately.
- Assist guests with rental equipment suitable for their needs and explaining safety features.
- Receive cash at the beginning of work shift and counting the money in the drawer to verify accuracy.
- Greeting each guest as they go through the line.
- Interpreting rental forms and ringing correct equipment selection into register.
- Ensuring that the correct price is charged for all items.
- Collecting payment from all guests, making accurate change for the transaction.
- Providing correct rental equipment to customers.
- Receive, clean and put away rental equipment once customers have returned them.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Must have flexible schedule and be willing to work weekdays, weeknights, weekends and holidays.
