As we continue to scale our global platform, the Seasonal Retail Associate will play a critical role in connecting fans and collectors with the Fanatics sports memorabilia experience at Macy's Herald Square.

The Seasonal Retail Associate supports the Fanatics shop-in-shop inside Macy's Herald Square in New York City, helping fans and collectors discover and connect with sports memorabilia during the holiday season. This role delivers an exceptional customer experience, supports sales representatives, accurately processes transactions, and maintains an organized, inviting shopping environment that reflects the Fanatics brand.

Success is measured by the ability to deliver results through BOLD capabilities and measurable outcomes.

• Work closely with sales representatives and store leadership to support sales goals and daily operations throughout the holiday season.
• Communicate customer needs, merchandise availability, and operational issues clearly and in a timely manner.
• Contribute to a dependable, collaborative team environment that delivers consistent, high-quality service every shift.

• Welcome customers, understand their interests, and guide them through the Fanatics sports memorabilia assortment to find the right product.
• Support sales representatives by assisting customers, locating merchandise, and facilitating a seamless end-to-end shopping experience.
• Build familiarity with products and authenticity information, partnering with sales representatives to address detailed customer questions.
• Maintain an inviting, organized sales floor with consistent attention to merchandise presentation and display standards.

• Identify practical opportunities to improve customer service, merchandise organization, and daily workflows.
• Respond promptly to customer needs and elevate questions or concerns to the appropriate sales representative or leader.
• Adapt quickly to shifting priorities and fluctuating customer traffic in a high-volume holiday retail environment.

• Accurately process purchases and other authorized transactions using the Macy's Point of Sale (POS) system, adhering to cash-handling, payment-processing, and loss-prevention procedures.
• Handle, package, and replenish memorabilia with care to protect merchandise integrity and support a positive customer experience.
• Assist with inventory counts, stockroom organization, and assigned opening and closing tasks.
• Follow Fanatics procedures and applicable Macy's Herald Square location requirements while representing the Fanatics brand professionally at all times.
