Hours: On‑site, Wed‑Sat 9 am‑6 pm, about 30‑32 hours a week.

Pay: $27-$28

A luxury, high‑end shoe store is seeking a polished Retail Sales Clerk with retail experience who can interact with high‑end clients. The Sales Support is responsible for partnering with the General Manager and Assistant GM to support all aspects of sales and after‑sales successfully—all other duties as assigned by the General Manager.

• Maintaining an active presence on the sales floor.
• Identifying sales opportunities and collaborating with the team to enhance the experience.
• Providing insight and feedback on store performance and assisting with post‑sales repair service.
• Supporting inventory maintenance, POS transactions, and daily, weekly, and monthly store preparations, and collaborating with team members to enhance the day's quality.
• Maintaining a database of candidates for store CRM and client capture.
• Making critical client decisions and running the business during the General Manager’s absence.
• Supporting the annual sales goal. Ensuring the store is accurate at POS & Inventory.
• Supporting stock maintenance.
• Communicate business needs and identify areas for improvement/development.

• Luxury Sales experience, preferably with shoes.
• Ability to ring sales. Returns/exchanges at POS—retail Pro.
• 4 + years in Retail or related experience.
• Luxury Shoe Market preferred.
• Must possess strong verbal skills.
• Ability to approach clients with kindness and curiosity.
• Ability to learn Merchandise, POS (Retail Pro), and effectively troubleshoot.
• Ability to interpret client needs to offer effective business recommendations.
• Professional written communication skills.
• Ability to lift 30lbs. unassisted and stand in a Retail environment.
• Attention to detail and follow‑through are critical skills for this post.
• Flexible work availability as business needs dictate; able to work Saturdays.
• Dress professionally.
