Madame Tussauds New York is seeking Commercial Guest Experience Hosts to deliver outstanding retail experiences, engage guests, and drive commercial results. You will help guests choose memorable souvenirs, promote add-ons, and maintain attractive displays while supporting across the attraction.
Ideal candidates are energetic, friendly, and guest-focused with 6–12 months in attractions or customer service. Weekend, holiday availability, and cross-training opportunities are a plus.
