Responsibilities- Acquiring new customers with high-value freight structures
- Managing and expanding existing client relationships
- Preparing proposals and leading commercial negotiations
- Conducting on-site visits and presenting our services
- Collaborating closely with internal teams in operations and product development
- Translating customer needs into smart, scalable logistics solutions
- Driving business growth and customer satisfaction

- Several years of experience in sales or business development within freight forwarding
- Strong customer orientation and communication skills
- Fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken
- Well-organized and confident in negotiations
- Used to work with KPIs
- Familiar with MS Office and CRM tools as well as Cargo Wise
