- Training and development – We’ll equip and train you with an industry‑leading learning platform, personalized coaching from dedicated training professionals, and the ability to obtain industry professional designations. We subsidize training in your first two full‑time contract years and may provide additional funds to help you complete the program and grow your business. You’ll be eligible for sales incentives and professional development trips for top‑performing agents.
- Digital tools – Access digital sales, prospecting and marketing tools, with support from experts and resources to attract and retain clients through web, social and email content.
- Products and solutions – NYL provides a range of products (life insurance, annuities, long‑term care insurance, disability income insurance, and investment products through NYLIFE Securities LLC). You can specialize and gain expertise in areas such as financial advisory services with Eagle Strategies LLC, wealth management, estate planning strategies and business solutions.
- You determine your own income with commission‑based compensation. In 2023, the average income of agents meeting minimum sales production requirements was $117,359. Individual agent performance determines income. Benefits for full‑time agents include medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, a 401(k) and pension.
