SERVICE&SUPPORT SALES CONSULTANT at ITC Worldwide
The IT Service & Support Sales Consultant will be responsible for the promotion of the Service & Support, have a familiarity with our legacy On-prem Business Applications such as ERP and CRM products, and an understanding of how to apply new products successfully into current customer applications. The IT Service & Support Sales Consultant will work closely with the customer through our sales channels in coordination with the Regional Sales, including our Distributor Sales, Resellers, Integrator network and Engineering Teams in recognizing the needs of the customer, promoting solutions, and making recommendations.
To be successful, the Sales Consultant will develop a good rapport with customers while working with our sales network.
- Promote Service & Support and understand legacy On-prem Business Applications (ERP/CRM); apply new products to current customer applications.
- Collaborate with Regional Sales, Distributor Sales, Resellers, Integrators and Engineering Teams to recognize customer needs, promote solutions, and make recommendations.
- Develop a strong rapport with customers while working with the sales network.
- Travel to meet with clients as needed.
- 3+ years of Service & Support Sales experience
- Experience creating pricing proposals, negotiating terms and managing the contract process
- Credible selling to both technical and business audiences, building trust and mutual respect
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to simplify complex contractual, technical, and financial details
- Willingness to travel
- Experience building Playbooks and Pipeline
- Contract W2 role for an experienced Tech Seller
- Base Salary (Draw) W2;
Commission on lifetime Support (1-3%);
