This is your opportunity to join a growing technology firm in lower Westchester as a Sales Fulfillment Associate. In this role, you will support both Sales & Operations to deliver high-quality customer service to our business buyers. This is a fast-paced role with a diverse set of daily activities centered around ensuring accurate software set-up and access for new customers.

Our office is located about one block from Bronxville Metro North station, and this is a Monday - Friday, 9-5, in-office opportunity.

Sales Fulfillment/ Sales Assistant

Reports To:
Sales Manager
- Handle inbound phone calls, emails, and web chats, providing initial customer support or routing to the appropriate sales representative.
- Prepare and manage quotes, sales orders, and invoices, ensuring timely fulfillment in coordination with operations.
- Process customer purchase orders, vendor registrations, and invoice submissions.
- Manage subscriptions, including creation, renewals, and troubleshooting payment or account issues.
- Maintain and update CRM records (Zoho), ensuring data accuracy for leads, accounts, and contacts.
- Support follow-up communications with prospects and customers, using standardized templates and reminders.
- Assist with compliance and vendor portal documentation, onboarding forms, and other customer requirements.
- Contribute to sales campaigns and post-sale customer engagement activities.
- Track outstanding accounts and coordinate follow-ups with customers to resolve billing issues.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with sharp attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Customer-service mindset with a professional, proactive demeanor.
- Proficiency with CRM systems is a plus
- Experience in Zoho is a plus
- Ability to quickly learn technical products and industry terminology.
- 0 - 2 years of prior experience
- Prior experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative roles preferred.
- Salary range: $45,000 – $50,000 per year, commensurate with experience
