Position OverviewAre you ready to ignite your career in sales with passion and professionalism? We are on the hunt for a dynamic and motivated Outside Sales Representative to join our vibrant team and propel the growth of our life insurance products. As a key player in our sales force, you will forge strong client relationships, uncover customer needs, and offer tailored life insurance solutions.
This role lets you work independently, meet potential clients in various settings, and hit your sales targets in a rewarding and supportive environment.
- Prospecting and Lead Generation:
Leverage our platform that targets qualified candidates seeking our life insurance products, allowing you to focus on client interactions. - Client Consultation:
Perform comprehensive needs assessments to understand clients financial goals and insurance needs, presenting and explaining life insurance options. - Sales Presentation:
Deliver presentations to individuals and groups, tailoring to address specific client concerns and preferences. - Relationship Management:
Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with clients, offering continuous support and service. Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and policy retention. - Market Research:
Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive products, and market conditions to position our life insurance products effectively. - Sales Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress toward targets; prepare regular reports for management. - Compliance:
Ensure all sales activities adhere to regulatory requirements and company policies, maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the insurance or financial services industry.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Outstanding presentation and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and the ability to work independently.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory and manage a flexible schedule.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field is a plus.
- Life insurance license or the ability to obtain one (we will assist you in acquiring your license if you are not currently licensed).

Range is based on the average rep in current markets. Bonuses are performance-based and paid every month; residuals are paid on the anniversary date of the client s sale.
