For this role, we look for individuals responsible for expanding our existing customer base by building relationships with contractors and construction company principals.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Manage a geographical territory, executing the full sales strategy from market analysis, sales forecasting, pipeline management, and revenue growth, to contract negotiation and customer retention.
  • Respond quickly to inbound leads and requests. Be familiar with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
  • Develop new business and acquire clients by building relationships with contractors and construction company principals. Educate them on how Equipment Share can help save money, increase revenue, and improve operational efficiency.
  • Maintain and nurture existing customer relationships to ensure high satisfaction and keep them informed of new solutions and services.
  • Promptly respond to and resolve customer inquiries, requests, or complaints. Conduct sales presentations to prospective and existing customers.
  • Develop new sales strategies to increase market share and enhance customer experience.
  • Skills & Qualifications
  • Tenacious, innovative, with proven outside sales experience and a strong sales track record.
  • Heavy Construction Equipment or Industry knowledge (rental or construction) preferred, but not required. Training provided for the right candidate.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Technical aptitude to adapt to a fast-paced, growing company and stay updated on products and services.
  • Competitive, self-motivated, results-driven, and team-oriented.
  • Ability to manage strategic and national accounts.
