About the RoleAs a Residential Door to Door Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for directly engaging with potential residential customers at their homes to sell products and services. This role involves building rapport with individuals, understanding their needs, and effectively communicating the value and benefits of the products being offered. You will often work independently, managing your schedule and territories to maximize sales opportunities.
We prioritize your comfort year-round—with perks like air-conditioned vehicles, cooling towels, popsicles, and chilled water during hot days, and cozy beanies, hand warmers, and hot cocoa in winter.
Individuals with experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, and canvassing roles are encouraged to apply, as transferable skills like communication, relationship building and resilience are highly valued.

What You’ll Do- Sell Kinetic internet products and services to potential customers within your designated territory near your location. Our user-friendly technology eliminates internal channel conflicts, maximizing your sales potential.
- Visit prospects using a company-owned vehicle, process orders, ensure service activation, set up accurate billing, and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction. This helps build a strong referral network. Meeting sales targets is expected; you may attend Kinetic special events to expand your network.
- Participate in our dynamic 5-week Sales Residency program to equip you with essential skills and industry knowledge. You will be provided with a company-owned air-conditioned vehicle for business use. You will also have the opportunity to attend a one-week onsite training and coaching event. Our Learning & Development and Management programs support ongoing career growth.
- Excellent customer service and organizational skills.
- Valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
- A reliable and insured personal vehicle is needed to drive to and from assigned territories until you receive your company-owned vehicle.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with others.
- Familiarity with mobile devices such as iPads and iPhones.
- Self-motivation and a desire for success.
- The ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and cover terrains ranging from paved, gravel, dirt, and hilly roads.
- Employees who work virtually are required to maintain a distraction-free workspace and ensure they have a high-speed internet connection of at least 25 Mbps.
The starting compensation range for this job is $31,200 to $37,000
$5,000 Sign-On Bonus
:
Earn a total sign-on bonus of $5,000, distributed in installments. Receive $1,000 upon successfully completing your 5-week residency, $2,000 at the 6-month milestone, and the remaining $2,000 after 12 months of service. This offer is available to new employees only and requires you to be employed and in good standing at the time of each payout.
