We are seeking a detail‑oriented, ambitious, and experienced Account Executive to join our dynamic team. We are expanding globally and headquartered in Florida with satellite offices in India and Europe. This position is U.S.

-based and remote.

POSITION SUMMARY

The U.S.

-based Account Executive is responsible for supporting sales engagements for various industries, including Retail, Consumer Brands, and Health and Wellness. While Digital Wave’s core roots have traditionally centered around Retail and Consumer Brands, we are expanding our sales efforts in other industries. This role requires a creative mindset with the ability to manage your own business and ensure revenue quotas are achieved quarterly.

This role will be unique in that it will require strong sales skills in addition to the ability to conduct basic and simple product demonstrations as needed. We need an Account Executive who can be self‑motivated and self‑sufficient.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to sell Digital Wave’s Maestro AI, as well as our solution and our state‑of‑the‑art ONE™ Platform. Lead generation is a key part of this role as well as developing new selling strategies and best practices to address an ever‑changing economic landscape. You will be collaborating with our strong marketing, product management, and presales support teams, who will assist you in your sales efforts.

You will attend major trade shows and industry events annually and will be required to help our company develop innovative ideas to gain market share.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the entire sales lifecycle, blending project management, technical expertise, and the application of Generative and Agentic AI to assess business needs, design solutions, and promote a collaborative team‑selling culture. Ability to manage a sales cycle to closure with team assistance.
  • Oversees opportunities from prospecting through post‑sale delivery, leveraging AI‑driven tools to support business analysis, automate solution design, and foster a non‑traditional team‑selling approach that maximizes client success.
  • Applies Generative and Agentic AI to real‑world business scenarios within the sales cycle, ensuring insights, automation, and solutioning are integrated into a team‑selling framework that drives measurable results.
  • Strong industry knowledge – has come from industry or has a comprehensive understanding of industry business processes, personas, workflow and key challenges.
  • Technically conversant – can grasp advanced technical concepts and be able to articulate the value of those concepts for issue‑resolution by prospects.
  • Ability to develop a Trusted Advisor relationship with customers, knowing the details – of issues/challenges/and product’s ability for resolution.
