Position: Area Sales Manager Poland (m/w/d)

The position of Area Sales Manager is offered by ROVEMA Polska, a subsidiary of ROVEMA Group – a world-leading manufacturer of packaging machines and complete packaging lines for the food and fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industries.

The person appointed to this role will be responsible for developing sales within the Polish market – both by actively acquiring new customers and strengthening relationships with the existing client network. The role involves building long-term business relationships, close cooperation with the engineering and technical support departments at the company’s headquarters, and full responsibility for achieving sales targets within the assigned territory.

Requirements
  • University degree – preferably in a technical or business-related field.
  • Experience in sales of industrial machinery or technical solutions will be a strong asset.
  • Very good command of English; knowledge of German will be considered an advantage.
  • High level of personal culture and ability to work effectively in an international environment.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and ability to work independently.
  • Willingness to travel frequently on business.
  • Openness to change and development in a dynamic business environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Actively acquire new customers and develop sales within the Polish market.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with the existing customer base.
  • Work closely with the engineering and project departments at the headquarters to develop comprehensive technical and commercial offers.
  • Prepare sales offers based on detailed customer needs analysis and reference list preparation.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and oversee contract execution.
  • Regularly report sales activities using the CRM system.
  • Conduct frequent business trips within the sales region (Poland) to meet clients, hold presentations, and attend trade fairs.
  • Monitor market trends, identify new sales opportunities, and respond to market changes.
