The Marketing & Sales Coordinator supports Infinity Drain’s sales and marketing functions by managing critical tools, resources, and initiatives that drive brand visibility and sales performance. This role acts as a key liaison between cross‑functional teams, sales representatives, and external partners to ensure seamless execution of programs, shows, events, and campaigns. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail‑oriented, and thrives in a fast‑paced environment with a passion for the luxury building products industry.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
• 2‑4 years of experience in sales coordination, marketing support, or customer service, preferably in the kitchen & bath, plumbing, or luxury building products industry.
• Tradeshow & event coordination – support planning and execution for all trade shows, buying groups, and industry‑related events.
• Proficiency in CRM systems (Net Suite preferred), email marketing platforms (Mailchimp or similar), and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail‑oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross‑functionally and independently.
