Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Build strong, lasting relationships with customers, providing ongoing support to address their needs.
  • Use a customer-focused, needs-based approach to educate and advise customers on the best insurance options for their unique situations.
  • Generate leads, schedule appointments, and identify customer needs to recommend the right products and services.
  • Follow up with customers as needed to ensure satisfaction and strengthen relationships.
