Project Sales Consultants are part of the In-Home Outside Sales Team. This is a full-time position with 100% commission on a W-2 basis with benefits. Reps typically earn between $45K and $80K, with top performers earning over $90K annually. Sales reps visit the local sales office once a week, and on other days, they receive scheduled appointments via email to visit from their home.
Consultants' territories are approximately up to 2 hours around their home zip code. This position offers excellent compensation with pre-confirmed, pre-set appointments. This is not door-to-door sales; consumers contact Sears requesting estimates for our Home Improvement Products.
