Requirements

We are seeking a Sales Support Specialist to provide support to our sales reps during and after they make sales.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Listen to calls to pull necessary data
  • Assist all admin needs from High Usage Retention Reps; including but not limited to: creating/following up on sales contracts, composing spreadsheets, organizing/sorting activity and keeping daily track of statistics (See attached list)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Well communicated
  • Supervise staff and delegate follow ups needed with HU Retention Reps
  • Set appointment reminders on tasks requiring follow up
  • Composing written communication to customers
  • Sales Team Support
  • Manage Customer Accounts
  • Reporting and Analysis
  • Administrative Duties and Tasks
Skills Required/Preferred
  • Spanish is a plus
  • 1-2+ Admin experience – Required
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams)
  • Basic computing skills
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment
