The ideal candidate seeks a long‑term position to utilize automotive sales experience with a luxury client base and be part of an outstanding team with a proven track record of success.

• Thoroughly explain aspects of buying or leasing to all customers using up-to-date product and pricing information.
• Follow up and retain current and previous customers through direct phone calls and sponsored customer events.
• Achieve high customer satisfaction ratings per internal surveys and industry external measurements by responding quickly to customer needs and resolving problems and complaints.
• Upgrade product and service knowledge; maintain professional expertise through trade shows, educational programs, industry publications, and professional societies.
• Ensure correct handling of all sales transactions by tracking and submitting all required documentation.
• Regularly use sales prospecting and follow‑up systems to increase retail facility business.
• Keep clients informed of any changes before delivery.

Pay Range: $75,000 – $175,000 (annually)

• Current and valid driver’s license.
• At least two years of automotive sales experience; high‑line automotive sales experience highly preferred.
• Working knowledge or trainability in automotive retail computer systems (CDK & Eleads preferred).
• Excellent verbal, written, and organizational communication skills.
• Outward and patient personality with outstanding customer relations ability.
