The Rallye Motor Company, Long Island's premier luxury automotive group, offers career opportunities for Automotive Sales Representatives. Seeking energetic, reliable, and motivated individuals with automotive sales experience to join our winning team. The ideal candidate seeks a long‑term position to utilize automotive sales experience with a luxury client base and be part of an outstanding team with a proven track record of success.
Responsibilities- Thoroughly explain aspects of buying or leasing to all customers using up-to-date product and pricing information.
- Follow up and retain current and previous customers through direct phone calls and sponsored customer events.
- Achieve high customer satisfaction ratings per internal surveys and industry external measurements by responding quickly to customer needs and resolving problems and complaints.
- Upgrade product and service knowledge; maintain professional expertise through trade shows, educational programs, industry publications, and professional societies.
- Ensure correct handling of all sales transactions by tracking and submitting all required documentation.
- Regularly use sales prospecting and follow‑up systems to increase retail facility business.
- Keep clients informed of any changes before delivery.
Pay Range: $75,000 – $175,000 (annually)
Requirements- Current and valid driver’s license.
- At least two years of automotive sales experience; high‑line automotive sales experience highly preferred.
- Working knowledge or trainability in automotive retail computer systems (CDK & Eleads preferred).
- Excellent verbal, written, and organizational communication skills.
- Outward and patient personality with outstanding customer relations ability.
