The Corporate Sales Manager (CSM) for MICE is responsible for selling incentive and full-ship charters across the Eastern United States and Canada for Crystal Cruises. The CSM will manage in-market travel for sales events, roadshows, and face‑to‑face meetings to drive revenue. Strong connections and relationships in the MICE industry are essential; the candidate should have an established network and be comfortable covering multiple time zones with extensive domestic travel.
EssentialJob Duties
- Represent Crystal Cruises in North America by overseeing all MICE market segments.
- Manage and drive strategy for key accounts, prospects, and partnerships in the North American market.
- Achieve revenue targets through development and execution of sales strategy, delivering excellent customer service and protecting brand integrity.
- Solicit business opportunities using data‑driven analytics, planning, and event support to achieve return on investment.
- Build strong relationships with decision makers.
- Create and implement a sales and trade marketing action plan in partnership with the Senior Director of Sales.
- Assess opportunities and trends that complement Crystal Cruises’ marketing strategy.
- Conduct weekly sales presentations in person or virtually.
- Submit a sales plan with key appointment summaries and ROI.
- Coordinate familiarization trips and site inspections with key accounts.
- Plan, organize, and execute client engagement events, including product presentations, sales trips, sales missions, luxury MICE trade shows, and roadshows.
- Support ongoing research of the travel industry (local and national markets) to detect trends and develop new revenue‑generating strategies.

Competency EducationBachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field preferred.
Experience7–10 years of experience in Meetings, Incentives, Corporate Event Sales. Prior cruise line sales experience is preferred.

Typical office environment with quiet‑to‑moderate noise from computer equipment and light traffic. Travel required up to 50% domestic and 10% international.
Physical DemandsRequires sitting, standing, walking, bending, and reaching. May require lifting or pushing up to 25 pounds. Requires manual dexterity to operate standard office equipment.
Expected Hours of WorkFull-time, exempt. Frequently requires working additional time outside normal business hours.
