About The Role
InBody is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to join our team. The Regional Sales Manager will actively seek out and engage prospective customers to meet or exceed quotas and objectives within the Health & Wellness industry. This individual plays a key role in building customer relationships and aligning customer priorities with InBody’s values. The role is on-site in the office at least three days per week, supporting local, in-person work within the Boston or DC territory, including customer visits, demos, and relationship development.
The position includes occasional travel within the Northeast region for customer meetings, conferences, and industry events. This is a full-time, hybrid position located in Midtown Manhattan, NY reporting to the CEO.

Key Responsibilities
- Demonstrate, promote, and sell InBody’s professional line of Body Composition Analyzers.
- Strategically present functionality and key value propositions to prospective customers to meet and exceed quotas.
- Manage inbound and outbound leads via phone, email, and online channels.
- Qualify prospects, understand their needs, and deliver tailored product or solution presentations.
- Conduct in-person meetings and visits to customer sites, wellness facilities, and events (1-3 days/week).
- Maintain close communication with existing and prospective clients to close sales and promote customer retention within the fitness, wellness, and corporate market.
- Adhere to current and updated strategies, KPIs, and policies.
- Collaborate with marketing, clinical, and product teams to align sales strategies across departments.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual individual and team goals for new customer acquisition.
- Record prospect interactions and track goal attainment in the CRM system (Zoho). Log activities, update the pipeline, and forecast sales.
- Stay abreast of health-tech/wellness industry trends, best practices, and InBody’s market opportunities.
Essential Qualifications
- Reside in NJ, NY, or MA.
- Must be able to commute to Midtown Manhattan (3 times per week).
- Bachelor’s Degree or 4+ years of relevant work experience.
- 1+ years of sales experience—including experience as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) or comparable customer-facing sales role—with a proven track record of meeting and/or exceeding quota.
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain a high daily call volume (50+/day).
- Proficiency with CRM software (experience with Zoho preferred).
- Demonstrated ability to identify and close new business using a consultative and collaborative approach.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills; able to prioritize multiple projects and deadlines.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills, including negotiation, public speaking, and presentations.
- Strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Proficiency with Office 365 and ability to type 40+ WPM.
- Travel for business trips and trade shows (up to 50% of schedule).
- Able to lift up to 65 lbs occasionally and stand for periods during trade shows if needed.
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience with in healthcare, wellness, medical-device, fitness, or research sectors.
- Familiarity with client/consultative selling in the health/wellness domain.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; science/health-related background a plus.
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to adapt in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
