We are seeking an experienced and motivated Construction & Restoration Sales Representative for a long‑term position. The ideal candidate will have strong sales experience in the construction or restoration industry, be proficient with Xactimate, and know how to work effectively with both homeowners and insurance adjusters.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with homeowners, insurance adjusters, and referral partners.
• Generate new business through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
• Prepare and present accurate proposals, estimates, and project bids.
• Manage the entire sales process — from lead generation to closing the project.
• Coordinate with insurance adjusters to ensure accurate claim handling and smooth restoration process.
• Provide professional, timely, and courteous service to all customers.

• Proven track record in construction or damage restoration sales.
• Expert proficiency with Xactimate software (required).
• Ability to work confidently with homeowners and insurance adjusters.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Highly self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and results‑driven.
• Must be able to commute or relocate to New York, NY before starting work.

Base salary $60,000–$80,000 per year, plus top commission.
