What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Exceed revenue quota goals on a quarterly and yearly basis
  • Address customer and partner inquiries with accurate information and tailored solutions
  • Collaborate with marketing to execute targeted marketing plans in the Identity Intelligence market
  • Lead technical resources to demonstrate SailPoint's advantages to customers
  • Develop and deliver internal training programs for Account Executives and Customer Success Managers
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in cybersecurity or identity applications
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas in a B2B environment
  • Strong understanding of IT stakeholders and the Identity Intelligence landscape
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage at all organizational levels
  • Experience with CRM tools, specifically Salesforce
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Bachelor's degree or global equivalent in an IT, business, or sales‑related field
  • Familiarity with modern Cloud technologies and architectures (IaaS, Cloud Data Platforms)
  • Previous experience in overlay or specialist sales roles
  • Knowledge of Agentic Technology solutions and competitive offerings
  • Ability to develop comprehensive strategic account plans
