Channel Account Manager

As Channel Account Manager, you will be assigned a portfolio of independent sales organizations (ISOs) in a designated region and will be responsible for developing and executing channel sales strategies to drive revenue growth. Your primary objective will be to drive funding volume and profitability growth across sales verticals by developing and implementing targeted initiatives, negotiating favorable contract terms, and strengthening partner relationships.
Key Responsibilities- Portfolio profitability & revenue growth: exceed key performance targets; manage sales funnel, identify high‑growth opportunities, and make data‑driven decisions while ensuring ISO compliance.
- Strategic negotiation & account management: build business‑centric partnerships, negotiate contracts, drive adoption of new initiatives, and maximize profitability.
- Market analysis: conduct and report market research and competitive analysis to identify revenue opportunities and threats.
- Sales enablement: conduct training workshops, provide sales tools, marketing collateral, product updates, and pitch benefits such as API capabilities.
- Cross‑functional collaboration: coordinate with internal teams to maintain ISO compliance and implement growth initiatives.
- 5+ years in channel sales management, regional sales, or business development; preferably in revenue‑based financing or financial services.
- Proven track record of growing a book of business in revenue and profitability.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills for building partner rapport.
- Strategic thinking: develop and execute plans, analyze market data, and identify growth opportunities.
- Strong negotiation and influence skills.
- Willingness to travel 10 days/month within the region.
