Our client is a well-respected Energy Performance Contracting provider in NYC. They provide end-to-end energy efficiency and GHG reduction projects for MUSH and C&I clients in the Tri‑State area.

With a growing footprint in NJ and CT, they are looking for a NYC based salesperson who can bring their strong relations with Commercial Real Estate clients in the City.

As a Senior Business Development Manager you will lead the acquisition of multi‑million dollar energy infrastructure projects, managing the entire deal lifecycle from prospect to close. You’ll be supported by a world‑class team of engineering and construction experts.

• Establish and maintain strong client relationships from lead generation to close
• Build, lead, and scale a high‑performing direct and partner sales organization
• Establish a disciplined sales operating rhythm including forecasting, pipeline management, and KPI tracking
• Adopt a highly consultative sales approach – acting as a trusted advisor to your clients

• 5+ years of experience selling energy infrastructure projects in NYC
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex stakeholders

• Demonstrated success in selling to CRE, C&I or MUSH clients in NYC
• Experience selling complex, multi‑site, or enterprise energy solutions
• People focused, client‑centric approach to sales
