Job Description:
- Director sales in New York is responsible for driving revenue growth by developing and implementing sales strategies, setting targets, managing the sales pipeline, and ensuring excellent customer relationships, all while adhering to company policies.
- Someone who understands the offshore and onshore service industry set up.
- A person who has been on the road to getting new logos and business. Willing to be an independent strong Sales leader.
- Sales Strategy Development:
Create and execute comprehensive sales plans aligned with company goals, analyzing market trends and identifying new business opportunities. - Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, proactively addressing their needs and concerns to foster loyalty and repeat business. - Sales Pipeline Management:
Manage the sales pipeline by identifying potential leads, qualifying opportunities, and ensuring effective lead nurturing throughout the sales cycle. - Performance Analysis:
Regularly review sales performance data, identify areas for improvement and implement necessary adjustments to sales strategies. - Reporting and Communication:
Prepare and present detailed sales reports to senior management, providing insights into market trends and sales performance. - Market Knowledge:
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and market dynamics to inform sales strategies.
Required skills:
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, ideally within the relevant industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and motivate the team members
- Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data and make informed decisions
- Proven ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies
- Leadership qualities including Client Engagement, influencing the customer decisions
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales automation tools will be preferred
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred
- Domain and Technology experience with Data analytics background is preferred
