Total Potential Compensation: $125,000 – $200,000+ annually

As a Business Development Executive, you'll be the driving force behind our growth. You will harness market insights, industry trends, and a thorough understanding of our services to create and implement successful sales strategies. This role is essential in building lasting partnerships, surpassing sales targets, and driving the organization’s overall success and profitability by acquiring new clients and leading strategic business initiatives.

What

You’ll Do
  • Generate new business: independently identify and pursue opportunities from prospective clients.
  • Lead discovery sessions: understand customer needs and pain points through comprehensive sessions.
  • Engage and demonstrate: deliver product demonstrations, showcasing the unique value our solutions bring.
  • Address client challenges: highlight how PIMS’s offerings directly resolve client challenges.
  • Exceed sales targets: consistently meet and surpass individual sales targets on a quarterly and annual basis.
  • Develop action plans: create comprehensive plans for key accounts, identifying immediate and long‑term revenue opportunities.
  • Monitor market trends: stay ahead of marketplace trends and share insights with internal teams.
  • Collaborate: work closely with Client Service teams to align efforts and ensure achievement of clients’ objectives.
What You’ll Need
  • Proven sales experience: 3+ years of successful industry and agency sales experience with consistent over achievement.
  • Solutions selling: understanding of solutions selling and social media to help clients achieve their goals.
  • E‑commerce expertise: experience successfully selling e‑commerce, consulting, and advertising solutions.
  • Communication skills: excellent verbal and written communication, great listening skills, and ability to lead senior‑level meetings.
  • Goal‑oriented: committed to success with a strong work ethic.
  • Detail‑oriented: extremely well organized, comfortable working independently, and technically adept.
  • CRM proficiency: experience with  or other CRM systems.
  • Educational background: bachelor’s degree, preferably in business.
