Project Manager; Interior Designer

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in interior design. The ideal candidate should be highly skilled in time management, as the showroom experiences heavy customer traffic, especially during weekends. With an average of 300 visitors per month, the ability to efficiently handle multiple customers and manage projects seamlessly is crucial.

This is not a traditional sales position; we are seeking a "farmer" rather than a hunter—someone who focuses on building long-term relationships rather than completing one-time sales. Instead of closing a deal in a single transaction, the candidate should guide customers through a project-based approach, ensuring a seamless and engaging shopping experience.

• Work closely with customers to develop home plans, providing quick sketches and design solutions.
• Leverage expertise in interior design software such as pCon to propose tailored solutions.
• Maintain an in-depth knowledge of product offerings and ensure a smooth sales experience.
• Collaborate with store leadership to manage customer expectations and deliver high-quality service.
• Efficiently balance sales and design tasks, ensuring excellent customer relationship management.

• 2+years of experience in interior design, architecture or furniture.
• Strong time management skills to handle a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment.
• Ability to create quick sketches and space plans based on customer needs.
• Proficiency in pCon or similar design and planning software.
• Exceptional customer relationship management skills, ensuring long-term client engagement.
• Strong team player with the ability to work under store leadershipin an environment where each Project Manager supports approximately 50 clients.
• Experience in both sales and design, with a balanced approach to customer interactions.
