ABB is looking for an experienced Sales Manager to drive service sales across the Marine & Ports sector. As a remote employee, you will work within the Process Automation, Marine and Ports Division, partnering with customers to optimize performance, reliability, and sustainability.

• Develop and execute service sales strategies across key marine segments.
• Promote ABB's full service portfolio – digital solutions, maintenance, training, and long‑term agreements.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with key accounts and stakeholders.
• Identify new sales opportunities and collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions.
• Represent ABB at industry events, trade fairs, and customer meetings as a passionate ambassador of technology and values.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; master’s preferred.
• 5–8+ years of sales or service operations experience, ideally within the marine sector.
• Solid understanding of marine systems and customer needs.
• Proven ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities with a customer‑focused mindset.
• Passion for technology and a genuine interest in helping customers succeed.
• Proactive, collaborative mindset with strong communication and relationship‑building skills.

Salary range: $116,500 – $216,300 annually (bonus eligible).
