Venchi is seeking a dynamic Corporate Sales Manager to launch and grow our B2B gifting, corporate partnerships and special events program in the US market. This role will build relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and premium partners to position Venchi as the chocolate of choice for gifting, celebrations, and brand moments.

The ideal candidate combines a passion for premium products with a proven track record in B2B sales, an entrepreneurial mindset, and a natural ability to build trust with discerning clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a corporate gifting, corporate partnership, and special events sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and grow Venchi’s presence in the B2B market.
  • Identify, prospect, and convert new corporate clients for gifting programs, employee appreciation, client entertainment, and branded events.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with key accounts to drive repeat business and upsell seasonal campaigns.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Operations teams to develop customized gifting solutions, packaging, and fulfillment processes that delight clients and reflect Venchi’s premium brand.
  • Create and deliver sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
  • Track sales pipeline, report performance against targets, and adjust approach to exceed goals.
  • Represent Venchi at industry networking events, trade shows, and client meetings to build brand awareness in the corporate market.
Qualifications & Experience
  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience in premium gifting, luxury hospitality, events, or gourmet food & beverage.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and growing a corporate client portfolio.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a proven track record of building / creating a program from the ground up.
  • Passion for premium chocolate and Italian culture a plus.
  • Willingness to travel within NYC and occasionally out of state for client meetings and events.

This role offers a base salary of up to $120,000, based on experience, plus a bonus tied to the achievement of key company objectives.
