We are seeking a Jewelry National Account Manager for a full-time, on-site role located in Queens, NY. In this position, the Account Manager will manage and grow key client relationships by providing exceptional account service. Responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies, maintaining client communications, analyzing sales performance, creating detailed reports, and ensuring timely delivery of products. The role also requires market analysis to identify business opportunities and collaboration with internal teams to develop tailored product offerings for each account.

• Strong account management, client relationship, and customer service skills
• Sales strategy development and performance analysis experience
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Understanding of jewelry market trends and retail assortment planning
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and data analysis tools
• Ability to work on-site in Queens, NY, and travel as needed
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field
• Prior experience in the jewelry industry or retail management is a plus
