Location: New York
** About the role.
** The Territory Manager will be a key production member reporting to the VP, Regional Executive. The primary goal of this position is to develop and execute business development plans to drive PURE's growth in their specified territories.
*** The ideal candidate must live within the territory, with a preference to be in the New York City Metro Area.
*** 5+ years of personal lines property and casualty insurance experience in sales, marketing, or underwriting. Experience working with high-net-worth clients preferred. Solid analytical and problem-solving skills. Demonstrated ability to influence, lead, and inspire others. Excellent interpersonal, listening, organizational, written, and oral communication skills. Ability to quickly establish trust and credibility.
The base salary for this role can range from $95k-$120k, based on a full-time work schedule. An individual’s ultimate compensation will vary depending on job-related skills and experience, geographic location, alignment with market data, and equity among other team members with comparable experience
