With offices in Milan and Berlin, our diverse team of 20+ nationalities serves banks, Fin Techs, and credit brokers across Europe. Founded in 2021 by entrepreneurs who previously built and exited Prestacap, we have raised €8M to expand our intelligent document processing and transaction analysis solutions across Italy, Germany, the UK, and the USA.

The role

We are looking for a senior Sales Manager to lead commercial growth in the US market. This is a hands‑on, outcome‑driven position, ideal for an experienced sales leader who wants flexibility while driving real revenue impact. You will work closely with the founders to build pipeline, convert opportunities, and shape our US go‑to‑market strategy.

Your Responsibilities

  • Leverage your existing US network to open doors with banks, digital lenders, neobanks, and fintech platforms
  • Own the full sales cycle: discovery, demo, commercial negotiation, and closing
  • Drive POCs, pilots, and early client launches in collaboration with Product and Operations
  • Act as a trusted commercial partner to the founders on US GTM, pricing, and positioning
  • Provide structured market feedback to refine ICPs, value proposition, and sales playbooks
  • Represent Prestatech in senior‑level commercial discussions and partnerships

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in fintech or B2B SaaS sales
  • Proven track record selling complex, regulated solutions to US financial institutions
  • A strong, active personal network across banks, lenders, or credit‑focused fintechs
  • Experience navigating long enterprise sales cycles
  • Commercially sharp, self‑directed, and comfortable with ownership
  • Fluent English

Engagement & Compensation

This role is open to both:

  • Fractional / contractor engagement (part‑time, outcome‑driven), or
  • Full‑time employment on an open‑ended contract, directly with Prestatech

The structure will be defined together based on the candidate’s experience, availability, and expected market impact. Both structures will have a performance‑oriented compensation (fixed salary + success‑based upside).
