Senior Sales Representative

Senior Sales Representative will serve as an in-home consultant, educating and guiding local homeowners interested in going solar, while acting as a trusted partner and liaison throughout the entire process.

• Educate homeowners on available solar programs and gather the necessary documents for proposal preparation
• Follow up on self‑generated leads and guide projects through to contract signing
• Demonstrate a commitment to personal development and continuous learning
• Collaborate with team members—and enjoy the process!
• Minimum of 2 years of Closing Sales experience required
• Strong communication and active listening skills
• Proficient with technology, including CRM systems (Salesforce) and communication platforms such as email, Chatter, and Whats App
• Comfortable discussing financial details and tax implications with homeowners
• High energy, sense of urgency, and the ability to think quickly and adapt in a fast‑paced environment
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
