Are you a hunter? We’re hiring a driven sales pro to own new logo acquisition in the insurance broker/benefits space.

• Prospect and close relationships with broker/agency partners across your assigned territory
• Present our AI‑powered benefits platform tools to brokers, positioning you as a strategic partner
• Own the full sales cycle— from outreach, demo, negotiation to onboarding
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success to deliver a differentiated broker experience

• Previous experience selling to brokers or agencies
• Strong track record of closing new logos (not just expansion)
• Ability to articulate value in terms of ROI, cost savings, improved client satisfaction
• Self‑starter with resilience, creativity in cold outreach, and comfort navigating complex deals

• Base salary between $120K - $140K, plus uncapped commission—real potential to double your OTE
