Job Description Summary
The Sales Services Associate is a member of the Retail Engagement and Services team within the Sales Division of KISS. This role supports the planning and execution of industry and retail trade show engagements, meetings and events, department budgets and invoice processing, contracts and commissions, tracking of off-shelf displays and associated forecasts, and other Sales related services as needed.
Responsibilities- Work cross‑functionally with Retail Engagement team members, Sales, and Business Divisions to plan and execute industry trade show participation, retail trade show engagements, meetings and events. Tasks include ordering product, booth furniture, graphics and décor, registering the company and staff for events, ordering and setting up food and beverages as needed, ensuring meeting rooms are reserved, presentations are received, and other general planning and execution related tasks.
- Ensure Account Dossiers are maintained by Sales Directors as changes in retail staff occur. Ensure Sales Directors are adding all required documentation to the dossiers. Work with Sales to maintain Account Dossiers with updates throughout the year on points of distribution, SKU mix, buyer changes, and other account related data.
- Maintain Promotional Planning Calendar to reflect account specific offerings, updating regularly as changes occur. Ensure Marketing teams maintain national activities.
- Create department budget codes in Smart Office / Concur. Run reports periodically to ensure spend to budget is on track, keeping leaders informed of status. Process invoices in a timeline manner to ensure on‑time payments. Follow up with finance and accounting to ensure on time processing and payments are made to avoid late fees. Set up new vendors as needed, ensuring payment terms are in accordance with contracts.
- Support Sales with ad hoc SAP reports as needed.
- Support Broker Contract renewal process. Review monthly commission statements to ensure payments, terms and conditions are in alignment with contracts. Work with accounting to make corrections as needed. Ensure commission caps are not exceeded.
- 4 Year college degree preferred
- Relevant work experience of at least 1 year
- Must have good analytical, organization, follow‑up and communication skills
- Must be detail‑oriented and able to work in a fast‑paced environment
- Passion for the beauty industry is a plus
- Intermediate to advanced skills in the Microsoft Office suite, including Power BI

Business Administration/Management (Required)
Work Experience: 0 – 2 years of relevant experience or industry exposure in a related field

CompensationHourly: 20.00 – 32.50 USD
Actual compensation will be determined based on various factors including qualifications, education, experience, and location. The pay range is subject to change at any time dependent on a variety of internal and external factors.
