The RoleWe are hiring a GTM Associate to join our growing commercial team. This is a broad and hands‑on role where you will help build the foundation of our go‑to‑market efforts. You will work closely with sales, marketing, product, and the founding team to create pipeline, engage prospects, and support deals with some of the most sophisticated wealth management firms in the country.
This role is ideal for someone who wants to learn fast, work hard, and be part of an early‑stage team that is building a new category. You will gain exposure to enterprise sales, customer research, product feedback, and the full commercial motion of a rapidly scaling AI startup.
- Develop a deep understanding of the Nevis platform and how advisors use our technology.
- Qualify inbound interest and assess fit based on clear criteria.
- Build thoughtful outbound sequences to key accounts and generate meetings for the sales team.
- Research firms, decision makers, and industry trends to support sales strategy.
- Partner with marketing to run targeted campaigns that increase lead volume.
- Maintain accurate records and pipeline data in our CRM.
- Prepare materials and pre‑work for prospect meetings alongside Enterprise AEs and founders.
- Share insights from conversations with prospects to influence messaging and product priorities.
- BA or BS degree.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to operate in a fast paced and constantly changing environment.
- Curiosity about AI, financial services, and technology.
- A team oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership.
- Previous experience in sales or outbound work is a plus but not required.
- Experience selling into RIAs, wealth management firms, custodians, or broader financial services.
- Familiarity with AI or ML, data privacy, or enterprise information security.
- Prior experience in Seed or Series A stage startups.
- Work directly with a high calibre founding team backed by Sequoia, ICONIQ and Ribbit.
