Sales Associate - North Region; MA, CT, NY, PA, DC

• Collaborate directly with the sales team and customers to ensure satisfaction and effective communication
• Participate in delivery and implementation planning activities, including customer meetings and training sessions
• Utilize Salesforce to drive new sales opportunities and maintain existing business relationships
• Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas set by the corporation
• Conduct lead generation, negotiate terms, and finalize sales agreements

• High School diploma required;
  Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
• Previous sales experience preferred
• Ability to travel up to 75%, including weekends
• Exceptional communication skills and public speaking ability
• Strong time management skills and proficiency in the MS Office Suite;
  Salesforce knowledge is a plus

• 1-2 years of experience in a sales role, preferably within the healthcare sector
• Experience with medical devices or healthcare products
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with healthcare professionals
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Knowledge of industry trends and customer needs in the healthcare field
