Location: New York

Base Pay Range

$2,500–$3,000 per month base + Uncapped Commission (OTE $120,000+). Commission is paid on the last working day of each month. This is a 1099 position.

Job Summary

Our client is seeking a highly motivated Inside Sales Representative to join their growing Investor Relations team. In this role, you will connect with high‑net‑worth individuals and accredited investors who are interested in property investment opportunities across the UK. The ideal candidate is a confident, results‑driven sales professional with experience in real estate, investment, or financial services, and thrives in a fast‑paced, performance‑based environment with significant earning potential.

Job Responsibilities
  • Identify, qualify, and engage potential private investors through outbound and inbound communication channels.
  • Present and promote investment opportunities in a professional, consultative manner.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, providing consistent communication and support.
  • Conduct phone and video consultations to explain property development projects and investment options.
  • Manage leads throughout the full sales cycle—from initial outreach to closing.
  • Collaborate with management and marketing teams to refine outreach and engagement strategies.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records of all investor interactions and sales activities.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in inside sales, investor relations, or property investment sales.
  • Track record of closing high‑value sales and meeting or exceeding performance targets.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Experience working with high‑net‑worth individuals (minimum $1M net worth or $200K annual income).
  • Professional, self‑motivated, and comfortable working independently or as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of the UK property or investment market preferred.
