The Armored League is a fast-growing live sports & entertainment brand producing armored combat events—think medieval-style MMA with real athletes, real armor, and real crowd energy. We run ticketed live events, live streams, and branded integrations, and we’re expanding our sponsor roster for the 2026 season.

We’re looking for a true closer to build and sell sponsorship partnerships for our events and select fighters.

• Identify and prospect sponsor targets (brands, agencies, local and national partners)
• Pitch sponsorship packages including event integrations, ring branding, livestream placements, social content, MC reads, and custom activations
• Maintain a clean, simple pipeline (basic CRM discipline)
• Provide market feedback to help refine sponsor decks and offers

• Commission on closed and collected deals (no cap)
• Equity eligibility tied to closed revenue milestones, with written vesting terms agreed in advance
• Flexible sponsorship packages designed to close efficiently
• Typical sponsor ships range from mid-four to low-five figures

This role is commission-driven. You get paid when deals close.

• You’ve sold sponsor ships, advertising, media, events, or partnerships
• You’re comfortable prospecting, hearing “no,” and following up until you get a real answer
• You can write clean outreach and run a confident pitch call
• You’re organized, accountable, and consistent—pipeline and follow-ups are non-negotiable
• You thrive in a fast-moving, scrappy environment where results matter more than titles

• Existing brand or agency relationships
• Experience selling to CPG, energy drinks, apparel, fitness, nightlife, gaming, gambling, or local venue partners
• Familiarity with combat sports, MMA promotions, or live event sponsorship
